That would actually be hilarious if it wasn't so sad. Think monte's lost the team. The guys have either given up or trying too hard.
How many balls have we swung at that were a foot off the plate... A foot, maybe more. Sad, really sad. These players are better than this.

The players have very little respect for their head coach. Do they like him, yes. Do they view him as a friend and fellow teammate, probably.
Just watch the things going on in the dugout especially during interviews while their getting their tails handed to them, it’s like a 5 and under coaches pitch team. Now that’s now the total reason Clemson baseball is at a all-time low, but it’s definitely a small reason why.
I watched ole miss and Arkansas last weekend, the difference in the discipline and the way they play the game is astounding.
If a move isn’t made at the end of the season, where DRad admits a bad hire was made, it will only deepen the hole Clemson baseball is in. Monte doesn’t have the ability to fix this, and its only going to get worse

Really sad to see what was once a top 10 program every year fall this low. Is the problem all on Lee, recruiting, limited scholarships, just what ?

Hard to believe what was once a top ten program almost every year fall this low. Is the problem Lee, his staff, recruiting, limited scholarships, just what ?

I wish I knew. Hackenberg said something in his interview that alluded to the fact "the guys need to learn it's a team... " I want to go back and listen to it again. But I wish the reporters would have asked him more.
There's a lot of posters on here that really know the game of baseball. I wouldn't mind if they spoke up. There's no doubt our hitting approach stinks. Every team we've played that has decent offspeed breakers have torched us. They don't even throw a fastball.
The former Clemson player in the radio booth mentioned it Sunday that we're trying to pull the outside pitch and either foul tip or strike out. Said we needed to go the other way... Why? Why can't we seem to make the adjustments.
Ty's a true freshman. I just wonder why he won't shake off a pitch that see tells him to throw or what... Maybe because he is a true freshman. But I've watched him pitch in HS against really good hitters and smoked them.
Y'all tell me. I love Tiger baseball too much to see this happen.
