Clemson and SC baseball

Anyone else feel the chances are pretty good that both programs will be looking to hire a new coach next season? Or do you you think both are ok for another year?

DEFINATELY IN COOTERVILLE. DEPENDS ON WHAT HAPPENS IN 2ND HALF AT CLEMSON.

I think both schools could be looking for a new coach after this year but it really depends on how both finish. I would imagine Coach Kingston is on a hotter seat. I hate to admit it but SC seems to expect more from their programs right now. If AD Dan Radakovich was still here I would say they’re both on the hot seat currently because of Dan’s ultimatum last year. I’m not sure Neff wants to fire anyone right away (I don’t necessarily blame him) I think in an ideal world he would want to wait till his second year so he’s more comfortable and has a better grasp on things.

I don’t think there’s any way Coach Kingston could save his job if he finishes this season below 500.

Yea I had heard him and Tanner were big buddies so will be interesting to see how that works out. Both programs are a shell of what they were 8-10 years ago. Love it for them but not much to brag about on our side either.

Holbrook and Tanner were big buddies too. It depends upon the buy-out. SC is already in hot water with the Legislature.

If we get swept this weekend, I say go ahead and pull the trigger. I wouldn’t hurt nothing the damage is done . It will be a total rebuild anyway
