Clay Webb - what are our odds?

Former 5* and an interior lineman. Got passed up on the roster by another talented lineman, looking for an opportunity ie doesn’t seem to be a locker room issue like some other players in the portal. Seems like a potential great pickup with 3 years of eligibility for development and growth.
What are our odds of picking Webb up? Anybody have a feel for the likelihood?

That comes from when he was a Senior in HS. However Clemson won't touch him. I've already asked Paul Strelow and Mickey Plyler.

We recruited him as a center &. It was down to us & them at one point. Talent wise I think he would be a good center minus the drama Dabo wouldn’t put up with, I guess depending on the real situation.

A top D1 program doesn't need that in their locker room..of course if he tried to pull that(in college) he would most likely never play football again due to physical limitations

we all do stupid things growing up. Hopefully he has learned from it. Would be worth at least seeing what he has to say about his past and what is expected to be of him moving forward. I had a technician want to work for me years ago that was one of the best but had personal issues everywhere he worked. I spoke with him four times over a few months and then told him what I expected if I gave him a chance. I hired him and never had a problem. All the other dealerships asked what I did to correct him. Sometimes people just need good life coaching and a second chance to get it right.

he had given the kid? What he did, in my opinion wasn’t only a matter of bullying, but genuinely horrifying. The law agrees. No way we give this kid a chance.

Yeah I just read the lawsuit and say “Hell no!!!!” That’s beyond normal hazing. It was extremely cruel and he should be labeled a sex offender if it’s true.
