By being a 16 point favorite over a top 20 team you think it shows "Vegas thinks UGA will lose more than their lofty ranking indicates". How is that suggested? I truly don't understand your point, do you not know how lines work?

What a waste of time. Nobody knows who will be able to play in any game until Summer practice is over and players dodge injuries.

Because they aren’t playing on their home field. The books have to note that it is being played at a neutral site. Doesn’t mean “neutral city/attendance”.
