Struggling. Really missing Ozuna and they need a center fielder that can hit. After the #4 hitter in their lineup, there isn’t much production.
They need to pick some bats up before the trade deadline.

They need a CF and LF bc Ozuna is done in ATL. I’d be happy trading for Kris Bryant and stick him in LF if he would agree to a contract extension. And just roll out whatever warm body we got at CF. lol because none of the current guys we throw out there can hit consistently.

Would Ozuna's contract be voided by the deadline?

That would free up enough money to get 2 good hitting outfielders.

It depends, he’s contract is back loaded with guaranteed money. The MLB could step in and help them out especially since officers witnessed the incident so that’s pretty damning itself. A suspension is coming of course and they won’t have to pay that salary during it, but with straight prison time which it’s looking like, Braves will be have a clause to terminate the contract.

At this point who would you give up for Bryant?..

In hindsight.. Should've re-signed Duvall instead of ozuna...

We would’ve resigned him if the DH was in the NL this year but we had no where to put him besides the bench. As for Bryant, the time has passed for a realistic trade, should’ve been done last offseason after he had a bad year and the Cubs were debating who to sell, him, Rizzo, or Baez. But now the Cubs and him are hot and in contention, it would take a kings ransom. I’m thinking the Cubs just say ride or die and keep them all and lose 2 of them in free agency if there still close to the top at the trade deadline.

Throughout recorded history, the Bravos have struggled

mightily when facing ANY pitcher for the first time. I'd bet Alfred E. Neumann could shut them out the first time he pitched against them.
