a Clemson Football player? It would be a win/win. Clemson football would have a built in NIL revenue stream and Clemson Basketball could have a popular football player do basketball ads on the megatron in Death Valley during TV timeouts. They could also make guest appearances at basketball games and say nice things about our basketball team and coaches around campus. I would be curious to get Neff’s thoughts on this proposal.

The effort already has ~$168K of seed money as well via the cost avoidance of hiring another deficient asst. basketball coach.

Interesting, cool idea if FB dude makes enough to bump a BBall player.

I really think the only thing that is off-limits is the use of the college branding. Besides that, the athletes can do anything as long as they dont have production crews interrupting practice or other school functions.

But the way you are thinking, all the student-athletes should immediately start following eachother as the number of people tagged in Social media gives you huge opportunities for money.

I still hate the direction of college sports!

but it led me to think of a good one. What if the Basketball team Moved out of Lightsey Bridge and into the shoe boxes, I have no good reason for this.
