without dying? Like I want nothing to do with anything that is happening, especially after yesterday. So can I resign and just raise my kids and love my wife and just resign from human race? Just stop caring 100%?
This isn’t political, just a human thought process. Why do I want anything to do with anyone? Just sit back and cut my grass, love my kids and the rest of you all can do your thing.

Don't watch TV news. If you must, check out your local 5PM news broadcast, that will tell you pretty much anything you need to know about your area.
Delete all social media. All of it. Facebook, twitter, Instagram, all of it. You won't miss it, I promise. There are other free ways to store your photos, etc on the cloud if that's what you need it for.
Doing just those two things will dramatically narrow your focus to your daily life and the people in your immediate circle. Your family. Your neighbors. Your coworkers. Because to be honest, who else matters?

substitute 5 PM local news w/ WSJ and seeking alpha so you can keep current w/ what the bankers are doing, since that's all that really matters.
socially, it's snapchat (lunge chat + 10 college buddies + wife) and TNet.
For example, I don't even know what sparked this post. Other than the broader view that our entire society is completely ######, which I've had for about 8-10 years now.
