Nothing delusional about wanting a successful program, Just imagine if Dabo had the same attitude “oh well finishing second in the division is good enough for Clemson”
Loser mentality as why programs like Clemson basketball stay stuck in the middle of the pack for decades. We need a basketball coach who can show some leadership, get excitement built around the program and doesn’t listen to Nellies he say mediocre is the best we can do

BTW - C5 was the best group of guys from 77-81.

Indiana has an opening. They are not that stupid.
Marquette has an opening. Could be a possibility.
Depaul has an opening. Last coach went there. Lets send him there and hire someone who can coach basketball.

I think his free scholarship has run out. Unfortunately, not all coaches can coach and see talent to recruit. I understand the whole talent group being paid.
Well, a great coach doesn’t lose seemingly ever close game. Clemson had some talent go there over the years. I know basketball has changed a lot over the years, but it’s still defense, shooting and rebounds. After four more years, it’s time for a change. If he gets an extension, he needs 0 buy out in his contract.
