I think Dabo should start him bc he needs reps and what’s the worst that can happen?!! Also if Dabo believes that DJ looks better in practice essentially Cade must not be very good overall if he’s not performing in practice to start these games!

Cade should be given the "reins" to the offense for the next two games! This will tell us what we have going into Spring football. What is the downside?

Cade should have won the gig after Syracuse, and we had the bye week to prepare him for ND, but why would that be done, it was too logical!

I think it's a good idea, but not likely. Frame it as building for the future.
UNC's run defense isn't very good. Cade is a much bigger run threat than DJ, for all DJ's size. Just run the ball.
As long as we don't keep running up the middle.

DJ will start and finish the UNC game if he wins he'll get to play the bowl game if he loses they have 3 weeks to get Cade ready that is probably the game plan

Then Cade craps the bed, now what? If Dabo sticks with like he has with DJ, these boards blow up. It’s a no-win situation for Dabo. Street can’t develop quarterbacks. Period. Trevor was great when he got here, so there wasn’t much development necessary. But DJ hasn’t gotten any better and I bet Cade won’t either. Time for Brandon to hit the streets!

Does anybody really think that if CK was demonstrating that he was a viable option at QB in practice, that Dabo would refuse to play him ? While in the hunt for the CFP ?? What is the possible reason why Dabo would put the entire team's fortune down as secondary to DJ's ???

We needed a spark. DJ was painful to watch in the second half. He completely lost his confidence and will to win. He should have been replaced.

DJ was not throwing spirals which indicates to me that his hand was still hurt.
The last 5 games show a pattern that DJ fumbles first and then soon after throws an interception.
After he fumbled (even though he recovered it), he should have come out… because he threw an interception shortly afterward.
