Quite frankly, I think we should have jumped Michigan in the AP this week. They barely beat a terrible Maryland team. The Tigers went on the road and won against a ranked team. Thoughts? Go Tigers! Beat the baby Davies!

Yes but Michigan has a huge Alumni & following, they will always get the benefit of the doubt.
Them not giving Wake Forest credit kills the ACC cupcake narrative too.

I can’t believe we were only fourth this year in the preseason polls. I mean, considering we finished last year around 15th, it’s criminal the pollsters only gave us about a 10 spot boost this year. How dare them!
If we were a blue blood, we would’ve definitely been #1.

Michigan will end up behind us and the other polls will adjust. UMs only path to the playoff without mass chaos is BIg Ten Champ with win over OSU. Their schedule will not hold up in comparison to ours when the playoff committee gets involved. Even the meaningless polls might have us back at 4 if we do what we should this weekend.

Lots of bad teams in ACC overranked by default of record so far. No one actually thinks NC State is a top 10 team, Wake Forest and other current ACC teams in top 25 won’t be by year end. ACC is weak this year, it will play out.

Is projected to be harder than yours by seasons end, let me know if you the link. Thing is, even with you pissants being one of the very worst teams on our schedule, we still play a more difficult schedule overall, whereas we're the 2nd best team on your crappy schedule.

NC St could very well be a top 10 team.
ACC is second best conference and top conference that could challenge the sec.
And if Texas AM wins the SEC west does that move app state in to the top 10? What about James Madison who just beat them? Top 20??
