He got caught red handed trying to scam millions from the most needy in Mississippi. His fame will keep him out of jail but .. he should have to do community service to those same people he tried to scam, for years.

No. The same corrupt politicians that he was conspiring with to corruptly funnel funds from, will corruptly protect him from answering for his corruption.

to me that he knew that the funds were coming from "the needy". He just knew he was getting funds from the state.

I guess I need to research it more...

His text message asking if anyone or the media especially would find out is telling. Tried to divert millions to Southern Miss to build a volleyball stadium (his daughter was attending, playing volleyball) and worked with their Governor to take the funds from Social Services (for the needy).

The text message I saw was Favre saying "So we're good
