You guys are on your "A" game today. Ever notice on the KFC ads it appears you are getting a very large bucket of chicken but when you go there and order, your bucket is much smaller than the ones on the ad.

Publix makes the best fried chicken I've bought. Have to be cooked by your Grandma to be better.

Picked up a large bucket early Sunday to take out on the lake along with some Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, pimento cheese, Publix Homestyle Potato Salad, cole slaw and chips. Wasn't a crumb leftover! lol

Nothing like gas station fried chicken. Huge crusty skin on the thighs is awesome. Should try the livers and gizzards from LOVES.

Where does BP sell fried chicken? Hardly any BP's in the upstate anymore. Spinx in the Greenville area sells it.
Have to agree regarding Publix. Excellent fried Chicken. Also if you have a Lowe's Foods Supermarket near you in the Carolina's theirs is usually good too.

this is a little spot in Sarasota FL
Publix is pretty good fried chicken.
Also there are a few Amish ( Mennonites ) places here in town - they have some really good farm fried chicken !!!
several thousand of those big 3 wheeled bikes and electric bikes in this town ......

that is NOT a restaurant. In Orangeburg, there's a gas station named Dodge's Store. That would be our "take out" lunch a lot of times on Saturday or Sunday when I was on weekend call at the chemical plant, Dodge's fried chicken!

Yep, Dodge’s does have some good fried chicken. As for me, Big Chick in Bamberg is the one to beat. Problem is, it’s in Bamberg. But if you ever have the need to drive through there, it’s definitely worth the time to stop and get a batch.

I’m not going to BP or Pubics for fried anything. There’s too many great restaurants in the upstate area to eat at a #### gas station or a grocery store named Pubics

You do realize there’s only so many ways to fry chicken. Weather it’s $4.99 or $20.99, your eating something fried , it’s just the atmosphere around it that changes. That’s why I have never understood how Starbucks is a thing, my favorite coffee is black at Quik trip for $1, why would someone pay $4 for coffee is beyond me
