Boyd is as cool as ice... always. Stone cold. Never talks smack, doesn't show boat, because he's just a baller on the field. Boyd doesn't rattle, so the Clown talk was a little uncalled for in my opinion. Childish and unsportsman like if you will. While I admit the Clown has had his way with us the last 2 years, I think all of that will change in 2013. It's a fresh slate ladies & gentleman.
Let the Clown continue to talk his talk, let him forget he also has to get through our O-Line before even touching Boyd. I'm sure this is far more than enough motivation for the Tigers O-Line and Boyd. We will bring the pain this year. This is our year.
All I can say for 2013 is "bring it, don't sing it". Let it all be settled on the field in Nov.

USuC has owned him since he's been here. Every one of his worst games has come against them. Watching him play them, he plays nervous and antsy out there. Hhe realizes our OL can't give him time so he tries to speed up his mental clock and then there's no rythm between him and the WR.

The play calls and the OL were putting him in a bad spot pretty regularly. It doesn't matter of Clowney or someone else is on the other side, the pressure is going to be noticed.
LSU had better talent on their line, we just had a MUCH better game plan, and perhaps a wakeup call. With what we learned from the LSU game and what I expect we'll learn from the upcoming UGA game, I think we'll be much more prepared for the coots this year.

He did the Heisman pose in the first half of the USC game last year.
Way too early to pull that kind of shenanigans seeing that he couldn't close out the game and ended up getting sacked 4.5 times by Clowney- starting his Heisman campaign

Pretty sure I've seen Boyd strike some poses and even said he's the best QB in the country. Not trying to ruin your man-crush, but your description of him may be a tad biased.

Yeah and WR's jump up and chest bump in the endzone, defensive players get hyped on the field as well, it's part of the game. Not so much as calling another player out during your own conferernce media day.
You won't find an article with him stating he is the best QB in the country.

So Boyd thinks he's the best QB, rightfully so. The numbers don't lie. He posted nearly the top QB stats in the nation last year. He's still not bashing other players and talking smack about DB's that he's burning with his passes, etc. Also stating "I think I am" versus "I am" is completely different. Try again.
Just in case you’re not following me, my statement is in reference to Clownery being a ##### during the SEC media days.
If you'll go back and re-read and try to comprehend my original post, it may possibly make sense the second time around. Just give it a shot…
