Big Money Has Taken Over College Sports

Jan 8, 2022, 7:15 PM

How do you think Jackson State has picked up two of the best recruits in this cycle? Why did Texas A&M gets the best recruiting class ever?Miami is on the move with their Billion Dollar Booster committed to get them back on top even with building a new stadium at Coral Gables. You think the Alabama boosters are going to take that lying down? It’s on folks and no one knows where it is going from here. We are going to see if Big Money which is legal now can buy someone a program and championships.

No, JSU does not have money to compete with the Power 5. That’s the only excuse people have been able to come up with. Fact is, Coach Prime is building a program that players want to be a part of. Similar to what Clemson was doing during the beginning of Dabo’s tenure. Follow their social media and you will understand it a bit better. The players at JSU are having fun and they are the ones doing the most recruiting. Some program will throw a lot of money at Prime. It’ll be interesting to see if he takes it or stay at JSU.

I see your handle is Prime Tiger. You sure you are not Coach Prime with that kind of talk. You think these guys might forfeit millions playing on that team without incentives?

Lol, typical response huh. Prime has been a nickname of mine since I was a teenager, but think what you want. College football has indeed changed, but JSU doesn’t have money to compete with the Clemson’s, Bama’s, Dawg’s, etc. Why wouldn’t the top CB in this years class not want to be coached by one of the best CB’s to ever play the game? And lastly, if you haven’t noticed, JSU has been targeting FSU recruits. It’s like taking candy from a baby. Coach Prime is punishing his alma mater because he can, and I personally how much think it’s hilarious.
