Between Ferrell and Beasley, BV's DEs aren't getting it done

at the next level.

That speed rush by smallish DEs just gets swallowed up by NFL tackles. They have to develop other moves. It will provide more negative recruiting material for Kirby and others.

Ferrell is bigger than Von Miller

and about the same size as Khalil Mack.

Vic Beasley is roughly the same size as TJ Watt.

I agree that the Tiger DE's aren't doing exceptionally well in the league, but size isn't the problem.

"in the league".... they got to and are still in the league... that is a brutal place, every year someone is trying to take your job... average career in the NFL is what 3.3 years? Hope he paid attention at the Paw journey, he makes a lifetime of money for alot of those in the stands in one year.

Lol Kirby has literally put zero impactful DL in the league.

Ferrell isn't small. Guy is about 6 ft 5 and about 280.

Was just talking about him, and wondered his status.

Hopefully this will light a flame under his ### and he gets on track

I knew the Raiders messed up drafting him 4th

They are a clueless team. IMO, Big Dex was clearly our best D-lineman with the highest NFL upside. Christian was after him and Cle was 3rd.

Hope he uses this as fuel, raises his game to another level and signs a great contract with another team next year.
