Then ESPN just reported that DW admitted - they did have consensual acts.
While I am not feeling the evidence (at his point) is enough for a criminal conviction - I am now less hopeful on vindication.
I see he has lost more sponsors as well.

Hate it for all involved.

Is that he doesn’t face suspension or anything and just gets on with his football for the next couple years and continues to play well.

People forget things quickly in sports. If he puts up 2-3 solid years without any more incidents I bet his popularity will rise again.

It's far worse to be found a predator than a John (obviously).

How long was Robert Kraft suspended for his rub & tugs? Imo, the NFL needs to be careful with any morality judgements if Kraft got off easy (pun most definitely intended) and they want to punish Watson.

Legally if it was consensual sex what has he done wrong? Am I disappointed that he would be involved in these type of activities? Yes, but legally there would be no case.

It was always known he did have consensual acts. Deshaun is well known as a womanizer. I love him as a player and think he is good person but was not surprised
