Gotta say When Ole Miss played "Dixie' as their fight song that was probably the most recognized in the SEC. They of course dropped it around 15 years ago. Still remember as a kid years ago when they played at LJ against the Tigers in the NIT they brought their pep band and played that fight song. Very historic and stirring fight song.

Also love that Auburn actually has lyrics and sings to their fight song.

What about the Coot's fight song? They picked an instrumental ( 2001 theme ) so it would be easier for the fans to remember the lyrics.

2001 is not their fight song but "Step To the Rear" is which is SO appropriate for them since they are always behind and in the rear of the SEC. LOL!

I think their fight song "Step To the Rear" used to be an old Chevrolet jingle back in the 50's or 60's. They are such an embarrassment.

Michigan > USC > ND > FSU are my favorites.

FSU has a really underrated fight song - maybe because it's overshadowed by their non-stop playing of the tomahawk chop.
