They instituted a new rule in college football preventing players from picking up and throwing another player like Boulware did. That's why they threw a flag. A year ago you could do that but now you can't. I didn't even know that rule existed until today.

the whistle had not blown until the guy was in the air. Plus I have see other player lift our guys off the ground, pretty sure it was FSU who did it to scott or williams.

The ACC officiating has sucked for many years. This confernce is bad, always has been. Yep, never been a fan of the acc.
