Looked solid in OTAs...Panthers have 9 LBs on the current roster. So it's likely they will cut 2-3 of them given if Hurney wants to add an xtra DB or not. Ben will probably be challenging Ben Jacobs and Jeremy Cash for a spot on the roster. Let's get one thing straight here...we all love Ben to death but in the league he will be nothing more than a specia teams contributor. Take the skill set of guys like Kuechly, Thomas Davis, or Shaw Thompson and it's painfully obvious that Ben isn't even remotely close to being as physically and athletically gifted as these LBs. The Panthers have David Mayo as a back up so barring a couple of injuries we may see Ben at the W or S LB position. But his nut is going to be special teams. It sucks they fired Gettlemen because he absolutely adored Boulware. Should be a fun camp to see how he does.

We all will miss Boulware - I hope that his work ethic and spirit will get him "over the hump". maybe we will see him when Houston comes to town.
