BB coaching salaries

I’m of the opinion that unless you hire an established winner with years of success at P5 level, you’re going for a young energetic up and comer with a lot of upside. In this case, the starting salaries for this prospective head coach and staff should be attractive but commensurate with the staff’s experience (not that high). From there, reward the staff for success. Salaries should reflect success rate and a desire to retain.

An up and comer that recruits do not know will get us nowhere. We recently spent over $65 million to make Littlejohn a nicer place (and it is) so we should spend $4 million or whatever it takes to hire a coach.
