If I'm counting correctly, we were 4-24 against the ACC teams that made the tournament.....Lee has a lot of room for improvement!

I wish we still had baseball. I'm not sure what Monte is giving us but it doesnt look like Clemson baseball.

The problem is no longer Monte Lee, the problem is DRad and his unwillingness to part way with Lee. He knows that if he fires Lee, he’s admitting he made a mistake in both the firing of Jack and the hiring of Monte. As long as DRad is AD those hot early June weekends when the “Doug” was rocking and the Tiger’s were rolling are only distant memories.

Talk about salt in the wound. Flipped on TV and the Michigan/CM baseball game was on. Showed an old picture of Jack and all 3 assistants and did a good story on how young they were and how all 3 have been unbelievably successful. Great story but made me sick thinking about it...

Especially this year. The rpi teams were not strong at all.

Firing Lee isn't an admission that firing Jack was wrong, just that hiring Lee was.

You’re correct. However, since virtually every single poster on this board who addressed the topic said Lee was the man for the job (most guaranteed we’d have won a CWS title by how) means they have no credibility on the topic. None.

There is almost 0% of a chance next season will be better. Unfortunately, we have an A.D. who has zero interest in baseball. Monte Lee is the worst thing to happen to Clemson baseball and as long as D-Rad is here, it’s not getting any better.

Just imagine being one of those morons who said, “let’s see how the season plays out “ . Anyone with a clue about about the sport knew exactly how the season would play out.
