At this point, is there anyway we avoid a recession?

Seems like any way you slice it, if we curb inflation, we slip into recession.

I'm genuinely asking and not trying to be combative, but what do you feel Biden has done or has failed to do that has caused current inflation rates? What do you feel Trump would have done or not done that would have avoided it?

For me personally, I understand the POTUS can only do so much. But I hate the left so much, I can look beyond my understanding that Biden really can't do anything about a lot of chit, and still continue to blame Biden and the left for everything, haha.

How's that for honesty?

It will happen and Joe will blame everybody but himself, just like Odumbo did in 2008!

Didn't you remember? Dems are never responsible for full blown debacles!!

every recession has been a result of the Fed reducing the money supply, which is effectively done by raising rates.

so, no.

wait, what am I saying, we can get ourselves into a war

Zoltan's latest commentary regarding the commodities' markets and their abilities to break our financial systems is also coming to fruition. There's a Chinese banker who just got a $8B margin call shorting NIckel...there's a lot of firms hedged against commodities getting skullfucked right now

Solid read here

similar to the sub-prime crisis that gave us the GFC

if you owe $100k to the bank, that's your problem.

if you owe $100M to the bank, that's the bank's problem (or in this day and age, the American taxpayers' problem).

the impact this Ukraine - Russia situation could potentially have on the USD, in favor of the Chinese central banks, is really something worth a serious deep dive for the conspiracy guys around here.

If the USD loses global reserve status, there'll be nukes in the air - I believe that with 100% certainty. The last 3 - 5 years of dissent, chaos, confusion, political turmoil, etc. will be a ####### cake walk.

Our global power comes not from our military, it comes from the USD.

IMO this is China's long goal, and I'm sure they see an opening.
