some intangibles here would be won-loss record (has to be stellar, we know this); emergence of Randall (hasn't happened yet). And of other receivers. And down the stretch, some sort of Heisman moment and signature play.

His heisman moment could have already happened with the one-legged 2 point conversion. Or, it will come next week when he takes off for a 58-yard touchdown run with about 1:46 left to take the lead and ultimately win the game…

If he has a game on Saturday Night on a big stage during Primetime like he had Saturday- he will be in the conversation moving forward.

While it would be nice, this year it's all about the Ohio St QB, and Day will run it up to make sure he gets all he needs, plus MUCH more high profile BIG games like you know, Rutgers, Northwestern and Indiana. With the location of media sports writer voters (jocksniffers) f we didn't win it with DW4 I frankly don't know how we EVER have a guy win it!
