2017 he was easily our best, Higgins was a true freshman and not reliable, Cain was good not great, trevion Thompson same, ray ray so inconsistent… Hunter was our best weapon that year and best WR.

It's arguable if he was the best or not, but during most of his tenure there were a lot of good receivers. A good O spreads the ball around so the opposing D does not focus on a single receiver. For example he was "gold" on short yardage and 3rd downs, bit Tee was better down field.

MUCH more talent at the receiver position in Clemson than what the Raiders have this year. Had Henry Ruggs not become a vehicular felon, very doubtful that Hunter would have been featured nearly as much in the passing game this year.
I am very happy for Hunter, as this year will, or at least SHOULD lead to a very good 2nd contract for him. Who, in their wildest dreams could have predicted that a 155 lb when dripping wet "run first" high school QB walk-on would be a 1000 yard NFL wide receiver?
Sooner or later there will be a movie about Renfrow's life, has to be. I even like the nickname that Raider fans have already given him for the title. "Slot Machine" indeed.
