"Easy schedule" has been the SEC standard line since 1992. It has exactly nothing to do with the UGA game especially considering none of the other 11 games on our schedule have any impact at all on the UGA game.
If you want to talk easy schedules, check your own. You have exactly 3 formidable conference opponents--SCar, Florida, and LSU--and they are all home games. The rest of your SEC schedule is mediocre at best.

If anybody knows an easy schedule it would be a UGAY fan! They have practically had the sec championship game gift wrapped for them the past couple years! If you think the Tigers are just gonna lay down you my friend are mistaken! Whooo!!! Aug 31st can't get here quick enough!

Yup Georgia (top 5 preseason) and South Carolina and Florida State (top 10 preseason) is a pretty easy schedule huh? Look at your schedule, you play USC, Clemson, Florida, and LSU. But you probably count Auburn, Mizzou, Kentucky, Vanderbilt, Appalachian State, Georgia Tech, and Tennessee as "powerhouses" don't you?

Not sure the ACC has enough clout to play for the BCS title.....nevertheless it will be an entertaining game w/o a doubt and I like our chances.

If we go 12-0 there won't be many people saying we don't deserve it. Notre Dame didn't play an overly difficult schedule last season and played in the BCS NCG. Clemson going 12-0 would include wins over South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida State, that's enough of a resume to get in in most people's eyes.

win the ACC then you should be considered. The ACC hasn't fallen so far that a team has to be PERFECT coming out of it.
