because as it was he was judge jury and executioner ..first time the arbitrator doesnt rule his way..he instantly appeals to someone o fhis choosing making him the judge jury and executioner.

12 games would be the middle point of the arbitrator’s recommendation and GODell’s desire for a full season suspension.
I always thought it would likely be 8 games.

Why have an arbitrator if you’re going to overrule her very 1st decision right out of the gate? Not a good look. Goodell definitely caved to public pressure.
