I'm an acquaintance of one of them, Bernie Leadon. I met Bernie at a music related function in Knoxville a number of years ago and would see him and talk to him there about every year. I haven't seen him in several years, so not sure if he is still coming, but it takes place again this weekend end, so maybe he will be back. I'm not sure he still plays with them, but was with them at their induction to the R&R Hall of Fame, and has gotten together with them on other occasions. His girlfriend, whom I also know, is from Hilton Head.

I saw the Eagles in 1975 at the Carolins Coliseum around 2010 in Charleston. They were great both times.

this past March on the Hotel California tour and they were outstanding. Henley, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schmidt, long time back up guitarist Steuart Smith, and Vince Gill taking Frey’s part. As a long time Eagles fan from the ‘70’s and beyond, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the performance. They haven’t lost much if anything that I could tell. Highly recommend.
