"Racism" is a word invented by Bolsheviks to divide and conquer their enemies. A more precise term is "in-group preference" and it is natural and instinctive behavior for lots of species. Unfortunately, like many behaviors, talking about it and shaming people for it does not reduce the behavior, but rather the opposite. Also, you can't accuse one group of it without being guilty of it yourself, because you first have to acknowledge that the groups are different and in opposition to one another.
