We really in trouble? I'm just gonna point out that the last time we promoted from within for our OC position, it didn't turn out too well. I'm worried.

The play calling will get better we had over 400 yards in a Bad game. DW was off a bit but a couple of plays go our way we win by 20.

Our play calling was very poor against Louisville...but we now have 18 days to gather ourselves and learn. The fact of the matter is, we're still running the same system with a very talented QB who's coming off ACL surgery. If he stays healthy, then Watson is going to get better and better as the year progresses. Our inexperienced OCs should get better at play calling as well.

I agree. They should and will have to because we can go far. Hugh Freeze, wow his offense is tough.

I did not like the way our O played at Louisville by I sure did like the fact that we won DW's first full road game especially being a short week game.
Our O will have to play better against ND but I expect with two weeks for us to look much better on offense.
However, I still contend DEFENSE WINS CHAMPIONSHIPS and Offense sells tickets!

Tmac and Deanster - thank you for the real answers and not just saying "coot" or "stupid question".... I just like to talk football. That's all.
I hope the 2 wks off works in our favor and we can use the practice time to get heathy and better offensively.

o problem on the real answers. Our history is good when we have extra time for games. I worry about the GT game more because of only one week and after ND.
Do we get the Notre Dame that took a miracle to win at UVA or do we get the Notre Dame that killed Texas and Dominated GT for 95% of the game.
