Deion Sanders has brought (bought?) one of our guys with him to Colorado.
With his personality and (presumably) a boatload of NIL money, he's going to fill the roster with some talent, some talk, let's just see if they can all tolerate each other, and if he'll bring these guys along when he lands at a SEC school in two seasons. (Auburn, are you paying attention?)
This is going to be ESPN Gameday and prime time (no pun intended) football with the attitude of 80s Miami camouflage, star power of 90s Michigan Fab Five, promos like the WWE/WCW wars of the late 90s, and I'm expecting a little bit of HBCU flair and high-stepping mixed in.
I don't know that they'll be first-year playoff contenders, but they will be the Dallas Cowboys of college football; whether you love them or hate them, you'll still watch them.

I would not exactly say he brought one of our guys in.
Bentley was not getting playing time here and he made the decision to transfer. It is not like Coach Sanders was poaching from Clemson.

He and 50 other coaches. Who wouldn't try and get Woods? He is a 5* and one of the most coveted defensive players available. Every coach in America has probably tried to sway Woods.

I thought with good coaches around him coach prime might do well in what we call college football today. After watching some of his videos I am not so sure. Time will tell but coming in appointing his qb son as a starter before he steps on campus is not a good start. The son may be a great talent but it's not Alcorn State anymore. if nothing else it will be fun to watch

Colorado AD all but came out and said they were going to have to pass the hat just to come up with the $$$ to pay Coach Prime.
But, he will bring something that saavy recruits consider just as, or more valuable than NIL $$$, and that is, national exposure. If Colorado shows ANY signs of life right out of the gate next year, the cameras will be on them 24/7.
