Oregon Ducks broke Clemson's record of 126, then Seattle Seahawks broke Oregon's and now Kansas City Chiefs own the record at 137.5

Looks like we'll have to wait for a bowl game. Doesn't look like the B12 plays many more out of conference games this season.

...sound level ratings over a full season. Any numbers published are just peak points at an instant during a game. Who is the loudest all the time? That's what I'd like to see.

Chiefs fan here...

As far as your question is concerned, the meter that the Guinness guys uses records not only the peak level, but also the average.

So while the Chiefs have the record for the loudest crowd roar at 137.5, they had an average of 122.X for the game. There are pictures of the Guinness guy holding the actual meter that shows both of the numbers
