The college game, at lease offensively, has not changel at all since he left to go the NFL in 2001.

Well, since 2001, college football, atleast at the fbs level, has not gone through any major transformations, especially on the offensive side of the line of scrimmage. Offensive coordinators continue to employ the same tired I-formations, pro-style, occasional wing t or triple option formations and philosophies. There are very few plays that utilize men in motion, spreading the field, changing formations, or any other innovative gadgetry. Therefore, Hoke should not be at any real disadvantage facing similar offensive formations and philosophies the past 13 years in the NFL
