Just checked with Cabelas who is may be the largest ammo seller.
STILL, not one round of quality ammo in .40 or 9mm or even .380 is available.

What is a Clemson boy to do if a$s holes show and demand I give up my tailgate food?

I just bought self defense .40 and 9mm from Meares Auction in Pelzer. They have online auctions. In SC, you can go there and pick it up or they will mail it to you. They usually have ammo auctions 3 or 4 times a month.

You can also try bulkammo.com. They're in TN and ship here quickly.

Bulkammo sells all the name brands. You can buy a 20 round box or 1000 round case, thus bulk ammo.

Practice is good for a guy like me. Crap ammo can be had, rather practice with what I CCW.

I have no interest in cheap bulk ammo.

Like when most were frantic over finding toilet paper, I was well stocked. It is the same with ammo.


I have enough until you can again buy the best -- which is the Clemson standard.

There is a SC based company that is in the process of manufacturing their own ammo. In the 4th quarter of this year they will be in full production and you can stock up all you want.
