American exceptionalism

Jul 4, 2022, 11:22 AM

In this current climate of hyper criticism, I hope that you all can stop and appreciate the greatest nation the world has ever known. May we preserve it.

I don’t see the whiners packing up and moving away.

Maybe they should try their luck in Iran or North Korea.

Or attempt a coup. Seems our options are expanding lately.

Go US!

I will say the whackos are growing bolder and bolder every year. Several cities have come out this July 4th with post on why they understand not wanting to celebrate the 4 th this year. Mainly based off the inability to kill babies in parts of the U.S. I do appreciate them being more open with their stances, as it eliminates anyone who claims conspiracy theories tactics are being used against the liberals. Kind of hard to deny when you say boo America cause I can’t kill a kid

Oh well, I’m going out to the cement pond and enjoying a cold one

Happy 4th!

Hard to convince this Vietnam vet that America is "exceptional". 13 months in a backwater jungle seeing your fellow GIs slaughtered daily for no purpose showed me a very different America than the one you must see.
Wrong war, wrong lies, wasted 58,000 of our best young men for zero.
Today in Vietnam we build Marriotts and Starbucks and embrace those we incorrectly called the enemy. We foolishly tried to take away their country but now only try want to take their money.
RIP my best buddy and platoon leader Sgt. John L Dean. Killed in Khe San February, 1967.

Thank you for your contribution in the fight against communism. I reached out to my proud and patriotic WW2 buddy to thank him for his service today. I extend the same to you.
