Amari

Needs to be Renfrow 2.0 this game. Trevor needs to hit the guy a couple of times in the middle of the field and take some of the pressure off Tee and Ross.

Yes I feel like we have some plays left in the book

Honestly Amari seemed better at one of the other positions. Mind you it may be the ACL but the slot has not worked this year with him for the most part. He was more productive in his previous 2 years.

I think we have to recognize HR13's football IQ and his extraordinary route running skills.

I love Amari, but he doesn't quite fit the slot the way Renfro did - no one will.

I seem to recall in one game early this year that we put Tee in the slot for a few plays and he just dominated the LBs trying to cover him. Did I just dream that?

Maybe we hid that in the back of the drawer for a future need.

if there is something reliable but not used somewhere in that book you fellas keep talking about, I sure wish Dabo woulve used it in the first quarter last week.

I think we all underestimated OSU's defense. They managed to control ETN's running with their front 6 which gave their excellent Db's an advantage covering all of our wideouts. This is why Amari didn't have more chances and why our passing game didn't work in the manner to which we had become accustomed.

Fortunately, our coaches saw this and went to the QB run and the RB pass as a way to overcome their D. I wouldn't be surprised to see some similar kind of adjustments against LSU.
