Alabama and Georgia carrying the SEC

As you can see most of their other teams are below average. Army defeats Missouri and a down UCF team defeats the mighty Gators. Clemson has carried the water for the ACC the last 10 years. If Clemson does not win the ACC then the conference does not get into the playoffs and gets no National recognition.

The ACC doesn’t care. What’s most disturbing to them is the conference is down in basketball, and that UNC or Duke hasn’t won a NC since 2017.

ACC should get in behind Clemson with football support . We got some bad officiating this year that I think caused the NC State loss. The homer ACC network announcers did us a disservice in their calls of several of the games. There is not 1 ACC team except Clemson that has made this conference relative in football for the last 10 years. Alabama would never get the disrespect that we have this year from our own conference in the SEC. You think they get a bogus defense pass interference in overtime, Never.

Even money split in ACC among all schools is well below SEC. It has not been a factor for Clemson in making the playoffs.

The ACC Champion would be in the Playoffs if they were unbeaten.

Not sure I understand your point. Is it that the conference is overrated, Germans!

Clemson has been the ONLY team propping up the ACC for the last 7 years. Also Germans, but in head to head against the SEC, the ACC has stunk it up. So again, what's your point that is so profound that you need to post about two SEC schools on a Clemson board?

The point is we have carried the ACC in football but we get no respect from our own conference. Can you think of the last time an official has thrown a bogus flag on Alabama in a game like we received several this year. (NC State- pass interference against us in end zone in overtime and targeting their QB which was overturned but they still gave us a 15 yard penalty. Refs were terrible and calls went against us.
