You don't have to be a top basketball player to be able to shoot the basketball. Ask Oral Roberts or North Texas.

Our offensive philosophy is pathetic. Stand around, run a high post at the top of the key, and jack up an ill-advised 3. Do not block out or follow a shot; just watch the other team rebound.

in the last 11 years OR recruited non-shooters OR any post players that can make a move OR play guys who don't block out OR put 5'10" guys in to "stop the ball" and about a dozen other shortcomings.
