ACC Ticket office called

Got a call from the acc ticket office today asking if I had received my acc championship tickets. Of course the answer was no which I’m sure they were already aware of and they said they would be sending me e-tickets. I ordered in early September, they are horribly incompetent.

So, let me get this right...they proactively reached out, will ensure you have tickets and you got the sweet deal...

And they’re incompetent?

I think you have no idea how bad customer service can actually get.

I called them yesterday because I had received an email saying I would get my tickets by November 19th. They told me the same thing and I ordered at the August. I’m disappointed because I always get hard tickets.
