ACC championship host cities

Last time held in our state.
Baseball. Last time 1995: since then has been in Louisville, Charlotte, Durham, Greensboro, Jacksonville, Salem and St Pete.
Basketball never. It’s been in Greensboro, Raleigh, Charlotte, Landover, DC, Atl, Brooklyn, Tampa
Softball never. It’s been in Atl, Tallahassee, ND
Football never. It’s been in Charlotte, Tampa, Orlando, Jax.
Soccer. 2001 in Clemson. Charleston 2016-17. Now sits in Cary NC.
I just about did most of this by memory. Didn’t know soccer was in Clemson and Charleston so I needed Google. Other than soccer, pretty much have been left out from our friends in the ACC office. Only Pitt and BC haven’t held any events in their state.
Baseball is the one I want back. Attendance was off the charts in the 90’s and has been lame as he@& since. 1st excuse- “unfair advantage to Clemson “. 2nd excuse “the flag”. It’s time our AD demands this one come back. Football won’t ever be here. Nor will basketball. Baseball is logical.

Greenville SC has great facilities for baseball and basketball.Great downtown.Another reason to leave the ACC for the SEC.

Swafford got all butt-hurt when Clemson used to win the ACC Baseball Tournament at the old Greenville Stadium.
(I think the FSU coach pitched a fit)

An ACC Baseball Tournament in Dirty Myrtle

would be worthwhile. Didn't Coastal Carolina host at the Dirty Myrtle Pelicans stadium for a regional?
May not be as good as the Drive stadium, but would at least get it away from NC.

Actually the softball championship was in Pittsburgh last year.
