Academic Common Market

When did Clemson decide to no longer participate in the Academic Common Market? Does anyone have any insight as to why this decision was made? It does seem to hinder out of state recruiting in baseball, especially with the 11.7 rule.

They dropped it a few yrs back. DRad basically said it got underutilized based on the degree programs Clemson offers (in comparison to the other ACM participating schools). However, I thought they reversed that decision last year and it’s back again.
