The rb group seems to be the tightest knit group on the team but Grisham’s young guys are starting to form a bond too and I think that will help us. Guys will fight and play harder for each other when the more that they believe in one another and don’t want to let them down. I’m excited about the young guys on the team.

it could be a little bit of a blessing in disguise filtering them down to only truly committed recruits who might not "portal it" at the first sign of adversity.

That is the correct message to recruits. Would also mention to recruits (or commits) this turnover is a direct result of the success of the program. They're taking HC jobs at major D1 schools (not lateral moves). Sure you want stability in your program, but as a recruit you need to understand that this program consistently achieves the level of success that your position coach might be a HC when you leave.

Smartest thing I’ve read all day! The only reason we’ve lost coaches is because of our success. Would a recruit rather go to a school where no one is after their coordinators because of a lack of success. You can’t have it both ways. We’ve simply been blessed to have the stability we’ve had for a decade because with our success it’s unusual to keep coordinators as long as we have!
