Beat Ohio State! (long)

For me, this game is huge. I was a 5 year old in Youngstown, Ohio in 1978. Mom and Dad (whose season at Youngstown State had just ended) let me stay up and watch the Gator Bowl. I fell in love, and not with Ohio State. It was with the paw and the color orange. And a young coach named Danny Ford. I moved to Columbus in middle school, in the midst of the glorious 1980s. People made fun of my orange. Teachers asked me why I didn't like Ohio State. Since then, I have defended the Tigers to many, many Ohio State grads in the Columbus area. I have worn my orange year round. For me, this is better than any matchup outside of the championship game. It will make for a nerve wracking 4 weeks, but I will proudly continue spreading the message of Tiger football in Columbus. On January 3, get it done, boys!! Go Tigers!

Big for me too, I have a brother-in-law who has been giving me a hard time since the FSU game and finally I was able to pay him back last night. A Tiger win would be sweet to settle our debate once and for all andante the holidays much more tolerable from my perspective.

I too am from ohio. Dad has BS and MBA from OSU. I actually have a brother that still lives in bexley. His two sons go to State.
That said I hope my Tigers whoop the buckeyes in the OB.
Transplanted Ohioan, Clemson Grad, and proud South Carolinian for more that 23 years!

That story gave me goose bumps Ohio. Proof that Clemson truly is a special place, and not only to those that reside near or around it. I imagine you've been able to attend plenty of games in your lifetime, but if some reason you haven't I'm sure we could ratchet up a fund raiser and get you tickets on the 50 yard line for next years game against SCar. Growing up in ohio ive always been a buckeye fan. Having moved to greenville and visiting friends attending clemson i started spending alot of time at clemson. I definitely became one of the few buckeye/tiger fans. This bowl is not ideal for me but i will be pulling for the clemson. Go tigers

I used to be a big buckeye fan. Been to some BIG gmaes there, first was wheni was in third grade OSU/Mich. biggest was probably the texas game a few years back
. Going to Clemson started to cure the loyalty to OSU. The tattogate/Tressell being a phony cemented it.

Ohiotiger, I too will be wearing my Orange proudly here in Buckeye Country, I'm in the Clintonville area. My dad coached basketball at Whitehall and is a former Tiger Guard in the 70's.
