David,
I want to thank you for your coverage of sweet Ella Bresee's inspiring but sad story. It is a beautiful story and you told it beautifully. You left me in tears several times as the inevitable conclusion approached, and afterward. Thank you again. For what it's worth, there has been no mention of her story on Tiger Illustrated during the entire saga ... not one word. That is to their great shame.

Just saw this and I thank you. I got to know the family during the recruiting process and spent time with Bryan's mom and dad out in Dallas at The Opening. Relationships are crucial in my business, and in a case like this, brings you close to something heartbreaking.

David’s own personal experience, who he is as a person, and his writing all came together in that piece it broke me down at a moment I least expected.
