Ware Shoals - could be quite a bump after all the water running into the river up your way. Better ask Mrs Spud about it's exact location. Good crappie fishing there in Spring as they can't go any further running up from the lake.
They censor the 3 -letter word D-A-M?

it to make sure I can scoot on through the shoals right below. Actually fished those four or five times many years ago in late March maybe. Caught tons of white perch on a fluke....They were identical in size. About 3/4s of a pound each...

You can, but the less extension cords, the better. The microwave and coffee pot, pull a lot of watts, so you may want to shut other stuff off when using them.

No, just fire it up outside under something to keep it dry and plug in cords and you are all set. Should run about 10 hours on a tank of gas.

Went Thursday to Harbor Freight to get a Predator generator and(Anderson,Greenville,Simpsonville, Easley ) they were all sold out. Luckily we’ve gotten mainly snow and little ice so hopefully will not lose power. Going to try next week to find either a generac or predator, hopefully they get back in stock

Spend a little more and get a Honda. You won't regret it. Many of these cheap generators do not give a stable voltage for electronics like computers and TVs.

I went through all that for years. Since I am older now, I have finally gotten a Generac installed. If you have the resources to do so, I would highly recommend it. You do nothing as it cuts itself on and off depending on power outages. Should you consider one, be sure and get a gas tank of at least 250 LBS. That will last about a week.
