A little help from you techno savy guys!

Old toot here who barely knows how to turn on and off a computer. Then again I don't know much about an internal combustion engine either, but I can drive the heck out of my old T-model Ford!

I do have an IPAD. It kept telling me my TNET link was broken and needed updating. I down loaded the app. Now TNET comes up in portrait view (the only app that does it). Is there a way to make it come up horizontal again?

I also use an iPad, but always view the site in Safari. I have a feeling the new app just does not give a view in landscape mode.
The new Tigernet app on my iPhone does not rotate to landscape. Sounds like your rotate is not locked if your other apps rotate.

I'm not sure if you downloaded the new app that they were touting or not. However, if that's the one with OneUpSports, then it WILL NOT rotate away from portrait. I've complained to the TigerNet Staff and they replied after a couple of days that they were hoping to get that corrected soon.

I simply erased the new app and continued to use the old app on my iPad and iPhone since I didn't delete it. I'm not having any problems with the old app, however, it is not as easy to chat, tweet and talk within TigerNet among users.

I'm sure they'll get it straightened out but I have my iPad in a case with a keyboard and I'm not standing it up on its end and not being able to use the keyboard!
