and I haven't really saw a benefit....unless I say something mean about CootSmackdown16, I can then change it to TigerBalm1 later. Much like putting money in the Salvation Army kettle.....it just makes me feel better.

I think the best is being able to go back and make corrections of mistakes you didn't see before posting, after posting. You can delete a post you have posted even days after that you may regret posting. I donate the purple level, and I think that the higher levels offer an option or two more. Here in upgrade should answer your question on donating, I wouldn't log in without it Click on each level and it tells what is offered.

Best for me donating for the year by paying in full for the year, and don't worry about again until the next year, as I'm very close to doing now.

My favorite benefit is giving money to B-Meist because it makes him happy. I have also specifically requested that Crump® doesn't receive any benefit from my money because he's a buttclown

be able to edit your own posts. Also, Grump and B-Meist have poured a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into the website to make it the preeminent destination for all things Clemson sports [well maybe not blood --- except for Grump, because vampire]. So my small
contribution helps send Nikki and David Hood-Steele to fabulous places like the Nike World Headquarters to give davidhood® more opportunities to loose his keys and bleed profusely in taxis.
Anyway, since I spend a fair amount of time on here -- mostly involved in mindless banter -- I figure I should help out the cause.

Plus, if you lose half your points in a fiasco involving fake user names on FGF, you may decide to suck it up and subjugate yourself to the TNet gawds to get those points back (Something Bob is still too proud for).
Anyway, if that happens, your donation gives you leverage, and you can get your points back.
