Didn’t Cameron play in the Well’s? What is the official status of the former Tiger players?

Is Doc, Kyle and Lucas the only fully exempt players on Tour right now?

Are you thinking about Cameron Young???

May 9, 2022, 12:29 PM

This Cameron attended WF for a year before turning Pro . . .

Or are you thinking about our Carson Young??? He is active on the Korn Ferry Tour and has even won an event earlier this season.

As for FULL PGA Status . . . (Calling Schema!!!) . . . I’m assuming only Lucas has fully exempt status . . .

Priority Rankings

May 9, 2022, 1:26 PM

The link below is probably the best place to go to see the priority rankings for the common PGA TOUR events. Note that some of the categories, such as 26-29, 32-32a, and 34-39 get reordered after certain events. The next reorder follows the Charles Schwab Challenge.

We currently have six Tigers with some form of status on the PGA TOUR.

Category 09 - Lucas Glover
Category 20 - Doc Redman, Kyle Stanley
Category 34 - Jonathan Byrd (1st), Ben Martin (2nd), D.J. Trahan (20th)

Everyone else needs a sponsor exemption or they need to Monday qualify.

As for the Korn Ferry Tour, Carson Young is in Category 01 thanks to his win at The Panamá Championship. Here are the others. Note that there are also reorders for some of these categories. I'm not entirely sure when those occur, however.

Category 01 - Carson Young
Category 05 - Billy Kennerly (he is currently injured and has not played in any events this season)
Category 09 - Sam Saunders
Category 21A - Turk Pettit, Ben Martin
Category 23 - D.J. Trahan
Category 25 - Jonathan Byrd

Everyone else needs a sponsor exemption or they need to Monday qualify.

I don't really know of a good link for the international tours. I just know that Jacob Bridgeman is fully exempt for the PGA TOUR Canada once it starts and Kyle Cottam and Crobin Mills have conditional membership. Corbin Mills also has conditional status on the PGA TOUR Latinoamérica.

Jacob also has a very good chance of finishing in the Top 5 of the PGA TOUR University rankings that conclude on May 30. Should he finish in the Top 5, he would have access to the remainder of the current Korn Ferry Tour season, entry into the Korn Ferry Tour finals, and at least conditional status on next season's Korn Ferry Tour.

Have there been any updates on Billy since his injury occurred?

I meant Carson. Thanks for all the info. Now I need to find out what the categories entail.

My better half volunteers for Byron Nelson. She will be on site all week pulling for Doc and hopefully some more Tigers

The womens team is in the regional in Stillwater. Windy is ripping 30 mph. Will be an adventure

They played spectacular. Annabelle had a hiccup or two but overall with Tomanka shooting +18 they done good. I know Kat is dissapointed she didn't get the nod but she's a true freshman that will come in due time.

Proud of Calista and Savannah. Both are t2. Two more rounds ladies, two more good solid ones. Pins and needles with these gals. They're young.
