I've developed a distaste for UL b/c of all the whining. But I have to admit I dread the game with them next year. AT their place, no Watson, no Artavis, no Mike Williams, no Gallman, an angry revenge-minded UL team with Jackson still on it. Ugh. I don't know why I'm even torturing myself with the thought.

They're losing a lot of starters. We should be better on defense and still have play makers on offense. It all depends on how our new QB plays but since Watson has thrown so many interceptions and we've had so many fumbles this year I think we could be just as good on offense next year.

I agree and we just might be better. Watson has not played well this year IMO and this interceptions have really hurt us and him!!!

Agree Agree. They lose a TON of very important pieces to their offense. Next year really will be the Lamar Jackson show. He will be the only one around. STILL will be a good game due to it being at Papa Johns Cardinal Stadium, but I think we'll be broken in by the time we play them.

I really like our chances especially if we catch them mid-latter part of October. We will really start to see what the team will be made of against Auburn Week 2. I'm really excited to see what Cooper/Johnson, Feaster, Higgins, and Rodgers can bring to the table.

talented transfers and castoffs. They have no rules when it comes to taking players.

It's exactly this kind of thinking that got us beat this weekend. Let's not look ahead to future opponents, especially not ones in 2017. This fan base needs to focus on the task at hand, Wake Forest. I kid, I kid.

I think we will be underdogs in that game but I think our defense may be the best in the country next year.
