75 D1 teams lost yesterday

From my count, there were 75 D1 games yesterday so 75 teams lost. Based on the uninformed views of so many people here, there should be a huge glut of coaches on the market. Good thing head coaches and ADs know more about the game than upset, fair weather fans

Most of them are not considered elite teams nor do they have the same expectations that were placed upon our team because of our elite recruiting classes. SMH at the ignorance on this board.

Your post is illogical. When an OC admits that he was unprepared and out-coached by an inferior team, then criticism is warranted.

Not only is that a terrible argument, but your number of teams that lost is way off. D1 includes both FBS and FCS, so way more than 75 lost. Not gonna count them, but easily over 100. But I'm assuming you meant just FBS teams. Well, 51 FBS teams lost yesterday, plus 3 on Thu/Fri, so you're still way off. There's only 130 teams, so pretty obvious that 75 didn't lose. There were 70 games involving an FBS team yesterday (still not 75) plus the 3 from Thu/Fri (still not to 75), but 21 of those were FBS vs FCS. Two of the FCS teams won.
