That is exactly correct. This is where the pre-season bias comes in helping these SEC teams. Yes, they beat a top 10 team, but that team was ranked top 10 by media bias. As the season plays out they are exposed as really being quite average, or worse.

I am a Gator fan too and admit they have been overrated this season. Glad they whipped Vandy big or Auburn may jump UF. Auburn can spoil things for Bama and or UGA, but they can also help their SOS.

I agreed with this statement the 1st time it was said bc I to thought the same thing, if they rank them high while they are beating up on each other, it makes the ones that came out on top look to be the strongest come playoff time, when all they done was set those teams up to get the chit beat out of them. Then when a team like Clemson beats them, they come up with a ton of excuses that they beat each up, and that soften them for a Clemson to beat, and we know that is their preseason set up for end season excuses!!!!
